2025 EU renewable landfill ban officially implemented

As soon as possible the full realization of recycling economy development model, while improving the utilization of renewable resources, recently, the European Commission issued a related draft legislation, including renewable landfill ban.
The draft clearly states, in 2030 the EU member states and the city of plastic waste recycling rate of packaging waste will be respectively 70% and 80%. The renewable landfill ban also will be officially implemented in 2025. In addition, the draft also reduce emissions of marine debris were appealed.
The European Commission said that the circular economy for the whole of Europe in terms of not only full feasibility and effectiveness have available. But to achieve this goal must be rules to follow. For the European Commission proposed renewable landfill bans, the European Plastics Industry Association expressed strong support. "All kinds of garbage, especially plastic waste just misplaced valuable resources, their fate should not just be landfilled or incinerated, we should give full play to their value, its secondary use." However, for the time node European Commission, Foerster considered conservative. He stressed that the current EU member states and some in the plastics recycling has made a good record.
