 To speed up the implementation of the green industry development strategy, strengthen the guidance of local industrial energy conservation, leading the drive to further focus the whole system, a joint effort to promote effective industrial green, recycling, low-carbon development, promote industrial restructuring and upgrading, the Ministry of March 4, released in 2015 and the comprehensive utilization of industrial energy points. Details are as follows:
 
 First, the implementation of industrial development special green action

 Second, the major planning regulations and standards and formulate policies to co-ordinate the implementation of a good job

 Third, pay close attention to industrial energy consumption

 Fourth, actively promote industrial water

 Fifth, the implementation of cleaner production level upgrade plan

 Sixth, continue to promote resource recycling industry

 Seven, strive to foster the development of energy-saving environmental protection industry
